As the crème-de-la-crème of the jet-set, the Uppers rule the night. They’ve got it all, and money, champagne and titles are certainly not in short supply. They generally dislike everyone but they particularly despise “the poor who just aren’t the teeniest bit funky”. The Uppers hope that the government will finally take steps to banish ugly people once and for all.

Elliott of the Uppers clan:

Level 1: 2/1
Level 2: 4/3

Unfortunately this chef has such low power, he can't even run his microwave and fridge at the same time. Best to leave this one in the kitchen.

Elliott - 4/3 with -10 opp attack, min 3 (bonus)

- Base power of 4 is higher than the minimum of his bonus, thus, it forces your opponents to pill to beat him
- 3 damage isn't bad for a 2*.
- 2* allows you to budget in bigger cards

- Base power is still really really low
- No ability to compensate for low power.

Overall: 3/10. Eliott is far from the worst card i nthe game, but t the same time, nowhere close to playable. Consider Samantha or Wendel over him any-day.

This card is only good at one thing:
Being on top of the screensmiley.
Rate green if you agree!

This card is for the beginners who have an Uppers Mono deck and cannot afford to buy a better card. For those lvl 10 and under he'll force your opponent to pill at least one or two to cover the clan bonus. You can also throw him out there if you think your opponent is bluffing and you don't want to burn a good card.

Take advantage of obtaining Samantha as soon as you get the clintz to replace Elliott. She's cheap and a very good 2 star card for your future ELO playing.

I wouldn't sell this card... With the emergence of Maurice the liklihood of this card giong Cr is quite high!

Get a deck with only this card. It won me 7 DT's.
On Lvl 2 He looks like the "Chief Gangnam style"?

We are supposed to win a match right? Not with this card! I never thought I'd say it, but Mikki from the Allstars is better than this! Slightly. Definitely use Samantha, or Wendel, DEFINITELY!!!! Unless you feel like losing, of course.
