Hey man, society is just so uncool! It's Babylon here. But, the Roots, right, they got it, they knew things couldn't keep goin' on that way; we have to make it real again. So, you know what the Roots did? They went to Babylon to tell the government that everything wasn't gonna be alright, man. But no one would listen to ‘em and that really messed with their minds!

Tshern = 7/2 at last lvl with Ability of Poison 3 min 5 and Bonus of Stop Opp Ability

>7 power is nice
>4 dmg WITH fury
>>the ability adds another 3 dmg thanks to a nice poison
>SOA helps stop annoying abilities like power reducers, or power opp cards

>2 base dmg smiley
>poison 5 min so dont expect it to go down right away
>>poison only works if you win the round
>SOA makes this card useless

Roots need deadlier 4 stars in my opinion, I mean Tshern is nice for new players, but once you end up getting better, there arnt many 4 stars that are as good as a 4 star should be. The only one thats good is Ratana since it has stats like a 5 star, and maybe even Lilly since its evened out, or Burdock because of his SOA and SOB. However, at the same time, other clans bonus are power, atk, and dmg manipulators, so the SOA bonus might not fully cut it to make their 4 stars good. So Roots would need more cards like Ratana if they want successful 4 stars or ones that live to the expectation.

one of the first cards a ever got in a pack and it has to be said as a beginner getting him was like hitting the jack pot lol
Lv 1: 3 / 2
Lv 2: 4 / 2
Lv 3: 5 / 2
Lv 4: 7 / 2 ability Poison 3 min 5
although he may be a breath of fresher when i was rank 10, now he is a bit of a disappointment. His high min means that he almost always has to be used first or second turn. He could be used as a bluff because having ur life cut down by 3 each turn is annoying but the min is high enough that the opponent could just take the hit. Thus i would advise against his use in elo as there are much better options (eg. Burdock). In T2 on the other hand i could adivse (if u had to use him) to use him on the first turn then wait a turn or 2 while his ability weakens the opponent then finish them off with a solid card with 5 damage (eg Ratanah)
Nice 3 poison
Solid 7 power nice for average for a 4*
Not overlly affected by damage reducers
High min of 5
Low damage so Ghiest and Roots kills this card
all stops (obviously)

Overall 5/10

A DEA officer stopped at our farm yesterday "I need to inspect your farm for illegal growing drugs."

I said "Okay , but don't go in that field over there.....",

The DEA officer verbally exploded saying, " Mister, I have the authority of the Federal Government with me!" Reaching into his rear pants pocket, the arrogant officer removed his badge and shoved it in my face. "See this foookn badge?! This badge means I am allowed to go wherever I wish.... On any land !! No questions asked or answers given!! Have I made myself clear?.... do you understand?!!"

I nodded politely, apologized, and went about my chores. A short time later, I heard loud screams, looked up, and saw the DEA officer running for his life, being chased by my big old mean bull...... With every step the bull was gaining ground on the officer, and it seemed likely that he'd sure enough get gored before he reached safety. The officer was clearly terrified.

I threw down my tools, ran to the fence and yelled at the top of my lungs.....

"Your badge, show him your "FOOOKN BADGE!!"

It would be safe to say in elo this guy is probably very usable now. 15 life and this guy can reduce by 3 every round. He may be 4 stars but that high min on his poison cannot be considered as high as it used to be. Roots do lack alot of 4 star power in elo with Ratanah banned so if you were making a half deck and you didn't have room for a 5 star this guy could be worth a shot.

Tshern is a reference to Chernobyl,a nuclear power plant based in Ukraine which was blown up after the disaster of April 26,1986.

The disaster began during a systems test on Saturday, 26 April 1986 at reactor number four of the Chernobyl plant, which is near the city of Prypiat and within a close proximity to the administrative border with Belarus and Dnieper river. There was a sudden power output surge, and when an emergency shutdown was attempted, a more extreme spike in power output occurred, which led to a reactor vessel rupture and a series of explosions. These events exposed the graphite moderator of the reactor to air, causing it to ignite. The resulting fire sent a plume of highly radioactive smoke fallout into the atmosphere and over an extensive geographical area, including Pripyat. The plume drifted over large parts of the western Soviet Union and Europe. From 1986 to 2000, 350,400 people were evacuated and resettled from the most severely contaminated areas of Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine. According to official post-Soviet data, about 60% of the fallout landed in Belarus.

Rate green for the people to see the genius behind UR.
