Power of Tanner:

Damage = Damage Opp.

Tanner has the same number of Damage points as their opponent. This number only takes into account the figure shown on the opponent’s card and does not include changes related to an Ability, Bonus or Fury. If the Ability is blocked, Tanner’s Damage is that shown on their card.

Bonus :

Support: Attack +3

Rescue’s attack points are increased by 3 points for each character belonging to Rescue’s clan and who is part of their team. Remember that Rescue is also taken into account.

evel 1: power 2 / damage 1
level 2: power 3 / damage 1
level 3: power 6 / damage 1
Ability: Damage = Opponent Damage

*Hes Cheap so he can fit into budget decks
*3 stars so he dosent take up TO much space in elo

*Soa makes him 1 damage and almost useless
*Sob also make him useless
*6 power isn't that high

Overall 5.5/10. He gets an extra .5 for having cool artwork. Hes not the best 3 star card the Rescue clan has. If you play him with alot of pills and they throw a SOA at you, you are screwed. I would pick Elvira or Anita over him but if you are trying to work with a budget deck I would still use Pam or Ash over Tanner.
