What?!? Perma-banned?!?

Smokey is a great card, but he isn't a Tan Man, or a Caelus, or even a Jackie. He deserves to be in the elo rotation once in a while to make things more interesting.

Rate up if you think they need to revise the perma-bans!!!

Bonus: Stop Opp Bonus

A very good card for the Piranas! Smokey (C) is, like most of the Pirana cards, a great dual-use card. With 7 power he can win a fight if he needs to land his 3 damage, but his best use is in his Ability, +3 Pillz -on victory. He can be used as both a bluffer or a means to attack both the Opp's Life and Pill counts.
You could amass an attack of 28 at the least, with 3 Pillz, and be able to regain them all should you win the round. In addition this could double as an attack or a bluff. The 3 Pillz, combined with the 7 power, equals a good threat and the opponent will probably exhaust a good amount, probably more than 3, to combat it (Other Abilities excluded, of course). If they don't then his 3 damage could hit and your Pill count would fill back up. You could also use 2 more Pillz, if you want to land the damage, and still have 10 Pillz after the round. (Or more, but it's risky)
You could also pure-bluff him. Send him out in a round with no Pillz and he'll have a good 7 Attack. Now your Opp would do one of two things: Call the bluff and send out a card with no or 1-2 Pillz, or waste a large amount of Pillz thinking you're "Tanking" Smokey (C) out because of the regain you'd achieve. Both would be effective and useful, making Smokey (Depending on how he's played) a win-win card.

Plus he's doing a Rock-On sign at the end. That's just awesome.

-7 power is good for a 3*
-3* is not that much meaning still room for big guns like Dalhia or Selma
- Smokey Cr's ability of +3 Pillz is great because if you overpill with Smokey Cr and win you get 3 pillz back :*: :*:
-3 Damage is decent considering his ability
-SOB is a great bonus stopping power/attack manipulators

-PERMA-BANNED :evil: :evil: for ELO and the -points in DT
-Now that Smokey Cr is a CR he is more expensive so not everyone can afford him (but that isn't that big of a deal)

Overall: A
Smokey Cr is an all-around great guy for only 3* I use him all the time and I reccomend you do to! My only concern is him being ELO-banned meaning no use in ELO and less use in DT which bothers me because he does not deserved to be ELO Banned. Uranus should be banned over Smokey Cr.

-(JK_TDK)- i vote red. Smokey Cr is a killer crd and if some people can't understand it, well it's not my problem. The ability is awesome. If you won't SOA Smokey Cr, he will pass! He has 7 power. He will deal 3 damage and return 3 pillz. He can stop a huge attack (preventing damage to pass), he can be played third round and give back pillz for the final round, he can be a bluff, actually he can be played EVERY turn, anytime. SOA SOB keeps him with power 7!!!! Same pillz defeats Glorg. Oh, yes...HE IS 3 STARS! So yes! Elo ban is reasonable. Do it's not THAT stupid that it is elo banned. Some people are just annoyed cause Piranas once upon a time ruled in Elo, with GHEIST coming on seond with Roots. Now the Elo type is more balanced in my opinion.

Smokey Cr - "Pillz Plunderer"

Ability Summary:
' +3 Pillz' = If Smokey Cr wins, he gains +3 pillz.

+ 7 power is very decent for a 3*
+ His ability is very strong. +3 pillz can turn the tide of a match in a single hit.
+ If you fury with him and hit, the fury is free.
+ An amazing bluff card.
+ Good Ability/Bonus synergy.
+ 3* means he can fit into a half or mono Piranas deck with little worry.

- SoA ability and All Stops drastically decrease his potential.
- SoB ability can hurt when it allows in attack manipulation bonuses.Cards such as Kerry and Lea, for instance.
- 3 damage. Can't two hit fury with the other 4 damage cards which is a very viable Piranas tactic, but then that's not what this card is really for.
- Cr prices put this wonderful staple out of reach for many new players severely weakening their Piranas mono potential
- Regular Elo bans removes him from the loop.

Overall Rating: 9/10


Possibly one of the most staple cards in the game. I'm a little concerned about his Cr status ruining the opportunity for players unable to afford his increasing value therefore forcing them to choose a lesser card in his place. Mono Piranas is still viable without him, and of course he's not always drawn, but his absence will be felt.

A wonderful card with amazing potential to secure a pill lead for other cards to hit that KO. In conjunction with other pill manipulators such as Dalhia, Scubb, Hawkins, and Selma, he can create a substantial lead that will result in an immediate win. His bluff potential is also amazing. Throwing him out with zero pillz will often result in your Opp overpilling to beat his ability which will secure an easy victory.

3* lets him fit in mono or half. His potentials are great. A wonderful card that should be snapped up at the first available opportunity.

Smokey Cr is a amazing card. my theory is they made him a cr because he was just too good for a 3* card with sob to.
i have one i paid just under 28k for him but if you have a Kolos or jackie your thinking of selling do it and buy a Smokey Cr,
i use him in elo all the time and hes really good. he will always go up in value being a cr and a cr on demand..
so if you can afford him buy it you will not regret it!!!

this elo card election is a blit stupid. I can't understand why they would ban Smokey? Even Tyd can be banned. If both Tyd and Smokey get's banned, Piranas is gonna be a very bad clan to use i ELO. Card's like Kolos, Wee Lee, Jackie and Ratanah is ok to ban, but Smokey being banned is just stupid

Vote green if Smokey doesn't deserve to be ELO banned.:eek:

Honestly, Perma-banning Smokey seems to be pretty rediculous to me. If it wasn't for his Cr status making him unavailable to most players I really don't see how his is overpowered. He is the only perma-banned card with less than 8 power (or virtual 8 power or 7 power with attack manipulation) and the only card with less than 4 damage. His +3 pills ability is not good enough to keep him entirely out of the game when there are cards like Scubb and Shann who can easily get +4 pills and do much greater damage.

Smokey: the cannon assistant
It was when we were in the ocean, having a rest after happily plundering another ship, Mayhem had noticed Deadeye had gone missing. The whole ship was searching for him that night, until I saw someone in the water, with the help of sting's modifyed sniper we got the person out of the water, only later realising that Deadeye (who was the one in the water I hope you figured out) had brought along a friend, Boyle. Deadeye liked him, and so he persuaded me to keep him on the ship until we reached shore
A couple of days later we reached shore and as we had agreed Boyle was to leave the boat. As he was leaving however we were assaulted by the inhabitants (which had got into disagreement with Mayhem). Mayhem was being held prisoner by the inhabitants so we had nobody to man the cannon and then Boyle, eager volunteer, asked for the job. I knew i had no other choice than to let him, unfortunately for me Boyle didn't really know how to fire the cannon and created so much smoke it covered the entire ship and ended up helping (other than the fact that we were choking & couldn't see). We somehow managed to get Mayhem & overpower the inhabitants & Boyle whom I "asked" to, stayed. from that day on Boyle became smokey.
