Oscar's power is increased by 1 point(s) for each character belonging to Oscar's clan and who is also part of their team. Remember that Oscar is also taken into account.
The opponent’s Attack points are reduced by 12 points or up to a minimum of 8. If the opponent’s number of Attack points are lower or equal to 8, then the ability has no effect.
@HD_al3x_eVo Too bad you wasted 6 pills on getting 1 damage...
Oscar: the only UR card who doesn not change stats or gain an ability from level 1 to level 2. rofl.
This card should cost so much more!!!!
He could easily own DJ Korr Cr in mono caln.
OK! Here we go, 6 on 6 pillz fight
Oscar: 9 power x 6 is 54
DJ Korr Cr: 8 power x 6 is 48
He owns him!!!
Now with bonus:
Oscar : 9 power x 6 is 54
DJ Korr Cr: 8 power x 6 is 48 48+8 is 56 and 56-12 is 44
Thats a difference of 10 attack!!!!
Rate the GREEN face if you think this card rocks!!
"Let's get this show on the road!"

-Potential 9 power is the highest as of yet in the Montana
-Decent damage for a 3* Montana
-SOA reduces his effectiveness drastically
Oscar is an absolute beast of a 3* card. With 9 power and the Montana attack reduction bonus, Oscar is a terror to face in battle, simply because he both outpowers AND has better attack manipulation than most cards in game, which is just broken. Many 5* powerhouses are just no match against Oscar; imagine Copper or, worse still, Caelus facing against this guy.
What really gives Oscar the chance to SHINE in mono-Montana decks, however, is not that he can thrash most cards pill-for-pill, but that he has a power that's ABOVE the Montana attack barrier of 8. That alone gives him an unparalleled advantage; even if you played a 0 pilled Oscar, most other cards with 6 or 7 power would have to pill 2~3 just to beat you. This gives Oscar excellent bluff potential to heap on to his already-considerable prowess as a wall. About the closest that you can get to Oscar's 9 power is Enzo's and Lyse Teria's 8; being a 5*, Enzo needs at least one pill to do what Oscar can do with 0, and Lyse Teria Cr is a card that most everyone won't be able to afford anyway.
That said, Oscar DOES have his Achille's heel: namely, SOA. Any kind of SOA makes Oscar a liability in your hand, because a 5 powered 4 damage card isn't exactly much of a threat, with or without the Montana bonus. Even so, the extreme versatility of this card more than makes up for this weakness; you're not going to be facing SOA 100% of the time anyway.
Oscar doesn't fare quite so well in half-decks; odds are you end up with a 7/4 more often than not, in which case I would rather go with Sharon or Gianfranco even. But in mono-decks, Oscar is a must have.
IN MONO: 8.5/10
IN HALF: 6/10
great combo card
upside: he is great for an all mono deck cuz of support ability, my combo is useing him first the use Don or Vickie Cr. makeing it a 2 hit wonder. he is almost good haveing a 3* guy and plus he is cheap. also with fury takes half of ur opp half.
Downside: not good in slipt deck, not great at bluff, and there are better 3* guys.
lvl1 3/2 (no ability)
lvl2 3/2 (no ability)
lvl3 5/4 (support: power +1)
Mono for life
He reminds me of Cat from the TV show 'Red Dwarf'.
i love it when i see his face 3 times in a row
@HD_al3x_eVo: But every fight won't be against DJ Korr Cr. In fact you might never even face him once. My point is that even though it can beat DJ Korr Cr, which you will rarey face, doesn't mean it can beat every other card. I'm sure there are other cards that aren't woth that much that can beat f. ex. General C, Guru Cr and DJ Korr Cr.
He looks a bit like Ludwig.
