Start from scratch. Live simply in tune with nature and the passing seasons. Fish, hunt and gather fruit. To live differently, Walden gave up his car, apartment, furniture and TV and moved into a little hut on the edge of the waste ground the Roots use as their HQ.

Hey man, society is just so uncool! It's Babylon here. But, the Roots, right, they got it, they knew things couldn't keep goin' on that way; we have to make it real again. So, you know what the Roots did? They went to Babylon to tell the government that everything wasn't gonna be alright, man. But no one would listen to ‘em and that really messed with their minds!

Walden - 5/3 with Power = Opp Power (ability) and SoA (bonus)

- Decent 3 damage for a 2*.
- Only 2*, lets you fit bigger things
- Power = opp Power is very useable with SoA and low stars as it puts down on the amount of +/- power abilities

- Usually needs to overpill to clans with SoA and higher power (Roots, GHEIST). Same with attack manipulation (Montana, Junkz, Sentinel, Rescue, Uppers, Sakrohm) and Power manipulation (Bangers, Ulu Watu, All Stars). And then you remember that Nightmare has quite a lot of attack/power manipulation out there, now-a-days.

Last I checked, that is a lot of clan weaknesses

Overall: 5.5//10 - A very playable card.......but at the same time, quite weak.. Arno's damage reduction and Miken Moore's pill forcing will probably prevail.

LVL 1 Power = 2; Damage = 1
LVL 2 Power = 5; Damage = 3; Ability: power = opp. power

A so-so 2* addition for Roots.

The positive side is that his ability is almost guaranteed to
go through with his SOA bonus (unlike Warren, Somba, Unagi, etc).

The negative side is that even with his ability he is still at a disadvantage
against the 9 clans with power or attack manipulation bonuses, which include:
All Stars
Ulu Watu

In short, this card has very limited uses. I believe Miken Moose & Arno are both better 2* cards.
Roots could have really used a decent 4* to replace Ratanah in ELO.

Anyway, that's my 2 centz smiley

His value and use as a two star card will only increase.
Before you may have picked someone like Micken Moose over him, but now with the release of 9 power cards, his ability combined with his bonus are actually pretty usefull..
Well you wouldn‘t think, but this little guy is one of the few cards that can take down one of the most powerful cards in the game, Impera Sloane pill for pill.

Clint City, day.
