Buba - 6/5 with Support: +1 Power (ability) and +2 Life (bonus)

- Potentially, a massive 10 power! 10 solid power for a 4* that isn't in a Power increasing clan? Not too shabby at all.
- his damage is a decent 5. When combined with his +2 life, he widens the gap by an impressive 7. 9 if you include fury.
- Even better, at lvl3, he is a very playable 9/4 with +2 life. So if need be, you can use him at lvl3 and not be disappointed at all smiley
- To top the icing on the cake, he is only a common!

- His ability is a support ability, weakening it is risky to use in a half deck. Even more, when hit by SoA, his power drops to a lower 6.
- Ummm, he's 4*?

Overall: 8.5/10. I think Buba is a fantastic card, In fact, I'd debate using him over Sylth in a Mono-Jungo deck (Sylth is great in any deck, but really shines with a lot of damage reduction). Buba has the power to mow enemies down to oblivion with his 10 power, is usable at lvl3, and excluding Sylth, is probably the most reliable 4* Jungo out there. Great, great card smiley

Buba = 6/5 at last lvl with Ability of Support +1 power and Bonus of +2 Life

Pros-
>6 power is pretty good
>>potential of 7,8,9,and 10 power! so that's pretty deadly
>5 dmg is good
>>could be 7 with fury good for 2 hit K.O
>+2 life so while ur taking their life points away, ur gaining it
>common card and cheap in market

>4 stars takes some space
>SOA and SOB could greatly hurt this card

Honestly this card is amazing! Best part is....he's cheap! So if ur a Jungo person you should so have this card. It's not pricey at all and its amazing. Im not a big fan of his artwork though :S still an amazin card =]smiley

Buba - common card - 6/5 with support power+1 and bonus +2life

Level 1 : 2 Power - 1 Damage
Level 2 : 3 Power - 3 Damage
Level 3 : 5 Power - 4 Damage, ability: Support: power+1
Level 4 : 6 Power - 5 Damage, ability: Support: power+1

simply amazing common card for Jungo. His ability is available from level 3, at that point he already have 4 damage and +2life as set bonus, providing you with 6 life gap ... not to mention the amazing ability giving him 9power at 3* and potential of 10power on level 4 in a mono deck.
With Jungo getting stronger and stronger in ELO and the fact that guy can be used from level 3 gives him perfect opportunity to be played alot. With a full Jungo deck that four star guy can be 10power and potential of 7 life gap between you and your enemy.
His weakness is that he must be surrounded with at least 1 or 2 of his kind to have good power, as well SOA kinda cripple your chances to win the round with him.
Beware of Buba in those non Roots/GHEIST ELO weeks.

Review of Buba

Pros
-Possible 10 power wildeBEAST
-Nice damage of 5 for a 4*
-Add in +2 life for a total of 7 lifegap for a 4*!
-"Everybody's got a water buffalo!" - Cudos to those who get that reference

Cons
-SOA hurts him pretty badly
-"Yours is fast but mine is slow" - Again, its a reference... and a great one at that.

Rating: E FOR ESSENTIAL! (mono only...)

Jungo has a pretty straight-forward mono deck. There are a few cards that people switch out for others but there are 3 cards that are essential in my opinion. Buba is one of them.

Many people, unless they are running Roots, GHEIST, or have a lot of SOA tend to assume that Buba will win the round he is in whenever he is played. They toss out drs or SOB cards to try and soften the impact. Whenever I use him, most don't try to go head to head with me. This is why I call Buba, "The Great Bluffalo!" 3-4 pillz on this guy usually wins rounds. If the opponent tries to win, they usually have to pill 2-3 more than you anyways.

Or perhaps you do have an enemy card that will be tough to take down. Buba is your answer. You also don't need to feel bad if you overpill a lil bit with him. 7 lifegap is quite a bit of a hurdle for any deck in Elo. Since he is so powerful, it doesn't really matter when you play him. Attack, defend, early, or late it mainly depends on your playstyle and your deck versus theirs. That is why he is so essential for mono Jungo. He is such a strong and fluid card that a mono Jungo deck without Buba just should not be allowed. Especially since he is common and cheap.

With that said, use him specifically for mono Jungo. Jungo can make some great half deck, but not with Buba. There are better 4 star choices for Jungo half decks. AND if you do get hit with SOA, the fight isn't over. Buba is still a decent 6 power and if used well can still bring the pain. A good deck example for mono Jungo is: Buba, Boohma, Pegh, Jean, Radek, Scopico, Rodney/Gerald, and Troompah/Ongh.

In closing, if you want to run mono Jungo then Buba should be the first card you get.

Buba - "Scholarly Sentinel"

Ability Summary:
'Support: Power +1' - Buba gains +1 power for every Jungo member alongside him, including himself. In a mono setting he has 10 power if unopposed.

Pros:
+ 10 Power in mono is beastly.
+ A two card draw gives him a very decent 8 power.
+ Has the potential to create a dangerous 9 life gap with fury.
+ Amazing Ability/Bonus synergy.

Cons:
- SoA is an obvious Weakness, as are All stops. SoB doesn't cripple him though.
- If drawn alone, he's a 7/5 with no ability or bonus to help him.

Buba is dangerous. Very dangerous. In a mono setting his ability will either force the Opp to heavily pill or just let him through unless they can contest it. Sending out Buba in the opening round with a single pil and fury active is a great sneak attack that, if pulled off, will reduce your Opp to a critical 5 health while you're boosted to 14.

Even if you don't fury, if he wins (and in mono that's highly likely), he gives you a hearty gap of 7.

Buba is a card that works amazingly in mono and still retains his fearsome potential in a half. As a single draw he's weak, but that's truly the only downside I can think of. Staple. Cheap. If you run Jungo mono and you want a replacement for Sylth, he's a no-brainer.

1. why is Buba so under estimated?!! he is a good card with 6 power and 5 damage 7 with fury. 2. his + 2 can open the gap for 7. and he costs next to nothing. 3. if you starting out with Jungo I would think you would get him. 3. a team/plan with him that is good and cheap is this: Team: Buba, and 3 Bhoomas sorry i know i spelled that wrong but you know who he is. my idea is that on 1st round do Bhooma with 0 pills so he has 5 power because of Buba so 15 + 5 = 20 attack so you basically beat any bluff and if your opponent wins he wasted pills and that is good. 2nd round do Bhooma again with 0 pills again. 3rd if you have won 2 times then do all pills on Buba and you win if you have losed 1 time then then your opponent losed 4 pills because 8 power but not many of those so probably 5 pills and then you do a fury with Buba all pills and you win but if you losed 2 times then your opponent has losed 8 pills probably 10 pills then use Buba with fury + 3 pills for 7 damage. 4th round use Bhooma if you have not won yet and losed 2 times with Bhooma then now your opponent has 4-0 pills probably 2 maybe 0 and maybe but probably not 4 pills he should have 5 life because of Bubas fury of 7 damage Bhooma has 5 power because of Buba and he has 5 damage so you do 6 pills on him fury and 3 pills if against Jungo and if he has 8 power and you are using 3 pills with fury then he has 40 attack if he has 4 pills and you have 35 but your probably not going against a 8 power and he probaly doesn't have 4 pills but if he does do all 6 pills on him and you should still win with + 2 life for a 7 gap. I hope you liked my idea because its good and cheap i hope you agree please rate this green. smiley

not good for half decks

overall 7.5/10 with so many cards out there for Jungo it has a lot of competition i chose Eggman for a 4* because of its heal or Scotty because its more solid but its still a good card
