Power of Orlando:

Confidence : -2 Opp. Power, Min 1

If a character belonging to the same team as Orlando wins a round, in the next round, the Power of the opposing character is reduced by 2 points or up to a minimum of 1. If the opposing character’s Power is lower than or equal to 1, then the Ability has no effect.

Bonus

Bonus :

Power +2

Ulu Watu’s Power is increased by 2 points. (Remember: Power * Pillz = Attack)

Orlando - 4/4 with Confidence: -2 opp power, min 1 (ability) and +2 Power (bonus)

- A very steady 4 damage (6 with fury), which is great. Can 2HKO with Stanly or furious Lulabee
- 6 power and -2 opp power makes quite the force to take down.
- A min of 1 is always nice, as it forces Uppers, Sakrohm ,and Montana to pill at least once
- He is only 2*, more room

- Orlando is the manifestation of shakiness. SoA? Ow. SoB? OW. No confidence and SoB? OOOOW. DR? Oh, that's not s-OOOW
- Yeah, confidence kinda situational and stuff.

Overall: 6.5/10. That extra 0.5 was out of pity, admittedly. To be fair, I think Orlando is underrated. 4 damage is the best 2* Ulu Watu out there. however, he might be too dang shaky for most peoples' tastes. Not as bad as a lot of people give him...but too shaky to be too good.

Orlando, the highest damage 2 star Ulu has to offer (Sandy doesn't count as a card). He's a good card to start out with in Urban Rivals, but the Buck stops there. He can be ravaged by a myriad of cards once you get to play anyone above level 25 (and lower!) His potential for big power is very unsturdy and will almost never reach his full power against a well balanced deck.

With that said, he is a pretty scary card when he's completely unopposed. But Orlando has too many holes and will lack a consistant attack. Stick with Tiago, Gabrielle and even Warren (in some situations) if you need a 2 star. Orlando is a back up at best.

look at Orlando as soon as this card comes out the whole market crashes cards never but if they did rarely went under 100 clintz. now cards r being put to as low as 80 clintz and i mean why is this guy bad? wrong he isn't

ill explain he's a 4/4 mm crappy eh? no not rlly with his + 2 power bonus a 6/4 now thats better but wait also his ability -2 power min 1 it might be confidence but i mean look at the card with that.. im pretty sure he has a decent chance of winning..smiley

Best 2* in Ulu for newbies. Cheap and can beacome realy good even later. For me hes another reason to make Ulu Watu deck.

Just look at Mario.
1 less damage compensated by his solidness.
But Mario would be remembered only if his clanmates (like Jessie) are banned.
Likewise, Orlando faces even fiercer competition (Taigo,Gabrielle, or even 2* Gaia).
Surely, his 4 damage is good, but unless you win the round the damage is not delivered and Orlando can hardly win a careful opponent.

not to be racist but did anyone else notice that when he levels up he turns black?smiley

*facepalm* that's what I get for having "hide last stage art" checked. I had to depend upon other's descriptions of his ability. Now that I've unchecked it (must've left it on when I left the game 2 years ago), I see that he does -2 opponent power, so essentially, he gets a +4 power advantage. That can really add up and save pillz against weak walls (and do an impressive 4 or 6 damage depending on rage). As you will notice, my opinion is quite different now that I can read his ability for myself.

i find Orlando to be a rather good card! A virtually 8/4 with his bonus and confidence is just good for a 2* and he's cheap!smiley Also, I would rather put him in my deck then Reef with his low damage or Ulawele with his weak heal smiley

honestly hes more of my Reef backup im not saying he isnt good just Reef with his protection and +2 power makes him formidable
