So apparently we have 666 characters now... and since Rodney is the last of the 4 in the update, I'm going to call him our 666th character.

Keep an eye on that armadillo...

Rodney 7/3 - Ability: Atk+10
- Solid 7 power
- Life gap potential of 5 with the bonus, 7 with fury.
- 3*. Doesn't occupies much spot in a deck.
- Attack manipulation can be very handy especially in the last few rounds and low pill battles.

- There are a lot of good 3 * competition in Jungo for Rodney. Radek power manipulation and Scopica 8 power is quite a tough competition. However I will choose him over Boohma due to his stats.

Overall: 8/10 - There are very little flaws for Rodney. His damage is just nice, his bonus makes him a 7/5 without fury for a 3* similiar to Radek.

Rodney "The Attack Manipulator"
-basically an upgraded Mindy.
- +10 attack amount, and stats of 7/3(5 differential w bonus) are solid.
Hystrix "The Life Bleeder"
-a super downgraded sylth
-poison 1 is very low(wish it was 2 or 3), but min 0 is cool. has solid raw stats of 7/3 though...
-seldom used, but poison with +life bonuses is good combo.
Nyema "The Life Gapper"
-potential life differential of 10, and 8 without fury is amazing too!
-also solid 7/3
Dagouba "The Stopper"
-obviously the draw is the anti-SoA ness. not an enormous boost, but most importantly, isn't hurt by SoA
-6 power is kinda low, but a potential of 7(9 with fury) life gap is very good.
Scopica "The Solid One"
-coveted 8 power and 6 differential is nice.
-even against SoA or SoB, 4 goes through. All stop? Scopica dwarfs Glorg (most common all stopper) 6 power.
Boohma "The Mono Must"
-essential to a mono Jungo deck! +20 atk is insane!
-4 power may be low, but you may surprise people by putting a couple pills on.
-7 differential is also very awesome
Jalil "The Drainer"
-ability makes him resistant to DR
-again, solid 7/3. hurts opp in every way (life drain, life gain, damage) adding up to 7.
-least useful of the bunch cuz clan bonus combats DR anyway.
Odile "The Power Gainer"
-a mini Ongh. worse cuz it's + pow isntead of -
-use vs power copiers
Radek "The OverPowerer"
-minus 2 pow and low min is amazing! matches up well vs almost anyone
-SoA? still a good 7/5.

Come on.. Rodney is a great card. Jungo is now really an attack manipulation clan (Askai, Mindy, Boomha, Chill and now him). Jungo becomes very useful in Survivor ELO with this guy.

Imagine seeing Askai, Mindy, Pegh, and Rodney. There's already confusion about the opponents' turns because of the attack manipulations. Rodney just adds a little advantage in the mind games but he Radek and Scopica are still better. Just use them all in 1 deck, compare it to other decks and you'll see if Mono Jungo is better with Rodney in it. smiley

Radek or Rodney - your choise. Radek is not that good in small pills battles, but Rodney excels in that domain... but wait - you can throw a lot of pills to Rodney too since he has good 7 power.

Scorpica becomes 8/2+2 in SoA, Radek and Rodney stay 7/3+2 - In my opinion that favors R&R - you need the gap because thats how you build your Jungo decks anyway! Rodneys ability doubles as 8 power up to 10 pills. So Scorpica is actually foiled.

While Nyema, Jalil, Odile and Hystrix can gap like mad they all become leveled with SoA and most importantly : Nothing to aid on the attack. Pi Fang used to suck simply because it was so hard to get them trough - that same dilemma is with Jungo unless you have something to aid the attack.

So it boils down to Radek & Rodney in the 3* slot. Because both are mediocre in gap... are you going to throw many pills to Radek? - you shouldnt most of the time because you need them for Jungo-nukes to make the meaningful gap. Rodney gives free threat with his ability 100% of time - against all the clans in this game even for no pills.

See where this leads? Rodney is best and most versatile 3* card in Jungo. It can be played with pills, without pills, against both SoA and SoB, it works against DR and it fits the tactics you are going to use with Jungo. Rodney is not a game-maker like Askai or Buba - but he is a soldier that holds his ground always and lets you tweak game to your favor in many ways.

Rodney is surely the way to go
with him you will win in Elo

you think you pill enough to have him beat
then the +10 attack comes, knocks you off your feet

And wait a minute, once the damage is done,
My bonus comes around, tears you a new one

So the next time I see you in the elo point race
prepare to receive a bowling ball in the face.

Don't ask, I was bored.

based on what slify said about Mindy ( 7 power and 1 damage ) with the great ability of +10 attack then why is this card Rodney with 7 power and 3 damage yes three damage, two more damage than Mindy... and its uncommon.... then why is Mindy almost double the cost of Rodney? yes granted Mindy is a two star and a great little filler but Rodney is only one more star and has two more damage... in my opinion Rodney should be worth just as much as Mindy and should be used as often.....
