Am I wrong or this card is Singed from League of Legend??

So that would actually mean that Odile is Renekton's wife...

Green if you agree....... smiley

defeat: -2 opp. pillz, min. 3

not bad at all!

if he wins, you lose 6 life, if he loses you lose 2 pills on top of the pillz you used trying to overcome his nifty bonus
i could just leave it there but i wont smiley
7 power is great
6 damage is even greater
pillz ability is just the greatest
fits with the theme of the clan smiley not a propper pro i know

only his bonus helps him win so he may have a hard time vs hi octane ability punching beasts such as emeth smiley
not much else, unless you count the somewhat big competition, i still think he tops the lot

overall 8.5/10 - good power, good damage, good ability, good if he wins, good if he loses, cases your opponent severe headaches if you 1 pill this guy smiley (they have to guess/ call the bluff and then hope they pill enough to get past +8 atk and then win and lose 2 pills)

i love him!

I'd say I agree his art looks a lot like Singed from League of Legends (see Gas Capsule backpack and purple mist streaming around like his Q ability), but his bio actually mirrors very closely the story of Jean-Baptiste Grenouille, who is the protagonist from Patrick Süskind's novel Perfume. Just watch the trailer online and you'll feel like you read the written synopsis smiley

Neil reminds me alot of bane from batman. having to pump drugs into his body to achieve super human strength.

Whoa! look out Piranas, the Junkz have got yet another pill manipulator..and a good one at that. Neil most def has what it takes to be a force in T1, T2, Survivor, Deathmatch, or even elo play. Wanting to make a pill manipulation deck and are just tired of Piranas? well look no further...

Neil: 7/6
ability: defeat: -2 opp. pillz, min. 3
bonus: +8 attack

+ Wonderful ability. He really makes your opponent pay for beating him. Neil reminds me of the also recently released Ahkab for the Piranas.
+ 7 solid power. Unlike Ahkab, Neil has strong enough power to easily hang in there for the win. Coupled with the Junkz bonus, it makes any other 7 powered opponent have to pill two more than you for the win. So in any defeat, you will have at least a nice 4 pill lead.
+ Whoops, your opponent just underpilled and lost? PCHA!! that's half your LP gone just like that!
+ 6 damage is excellent for 2HKO's. Furious Tremorh, rowdy, furious Gibson, and even Fuzz is a cool combo in elo too.
+ His ability is -opp instead of +. For Piranas, it really doesn't matter much because SoB neutralizes everything, but with +8 attack as a bonus, Junkz will thrive more in low pill battles. Hence, -opp pills is more beneficial than + pills.
+ He makes Morphun jealous.

- There is some competition here in Taham, Fuzz, and of course the mighty DJ Korr Cr. However, it's the 4* cards like Qubik, rowdy, and Gibson, who make it hard to fit Neil and all 5 of those stars into your deck.
- Defeat means that you have to loose. This puts you in somewhat of a dilemma because you'll be sacrificing 6 damage, which like I mentioned before is a Hefty chunk of life.
- Also because of defeat, if you absolutely need the pills and don't want the win (like against Uranus), then the bonus does not work in your favor. So yes, in a way damage reduction is a weakness.

Neil is an excellent card who keeps Junkz within shouting distance of the Piranas in the pill manipulation battle. He is sort of a combination/mixture of Ahkab and dalhia. Either way, those are all good cards we're talking about here so Neil is in good company. Have yourself a Gil, Tremorh, Taham and maybe a nobodroid with Neil and you've got a pretty sweet bunch of pill twisters! Also, notice that SoA and/or SoB was not a con for this guy. Standing at a solid 7/6, he can function decently without either of those helping him out. In the end, Neil is a great card and def worth getting. On a side note, you won't be disappointed with his art as well smiley

League of Legends? Yu-Gi-Oh!? NO! He's based from Gas-O, character from the dancing game Boost a Groove 1 for the PSX.
