This card is a hidden blessing. With a quick synopsis, I will explain her pros and cons in elo mode.
Pros:
-7 power is solid, and there's practically no chance of being reduced.
-Same thing with her damage, although it is only 3.
-However, her bonus moves that damage up to 5. Wow. So basically, you've got a 7/5 card at 3* with almost no chance of having its power or base damage reduced. I think that's very amazing.
-SoB won't hurt her too much, but it is a nuisance.

-SoA, but once again, only if they have SoA combined with power manipulation, which is rare.
-There will be those cards with high power in attack manipulation clans that can still beat her with ease. So be careful!

I don't like that she broke the noel pattern to be 1 less rarity and be similar, but not better than the original she should be silver with like a defeat - life, +life ability, or other types of defensive abilities since she is original a defensive card
