Ideas for clans don't have to be located in Clint City; the Piranas are from sea, the Vortex are from the future, most Sakrohm are from distant worlds... I wouldn't see why we have to keep it to Clint City. They might be from another dimension where the Nightmare are actually the Lightdreams, benevolent creatures helping on a whole Earth where it's chaos like in Clint City.

A new flight of people have swarmed the people after recent incidents, eager to see what they have. Although feeling they have no real clan to join, and wanting to make an impression, *insert Leader name here*, has formed with the flight crew and other passengers to prove to the world that not only Clint City are formed on Super Soldiers.
No idea about bonus, maybe something like Heal 2 Max 12?

Check the comics page for "Through the Caldron." That's effectively just what you mentioned.

Yea definately renaissance clan. They could also have dragons, wizards, ogres, bandits, etc.

A clan with all the presidents and/ or leaders of the major world powers!
