Deathmatch : corrections, improvements and new features Euzebe - Legend - Tuesday 18/05/2010, 13:52
We’ve just made a new Deathmatch update. No need to report us problems you had before this update if they are in the list below. Of course, if you keep on having the same problems in spite of this update, then report them to us.
The persecution penalty decreases from -10 to -5 points (we like the idea but we also understand that it can be a pain).
The glitch which was throwing us out of DM room and make us join the Fight Club (teleportation glitch) is solved.
The bonus points gained after 4 victories in a raw are reduced from 20 to 15. But the run doesn’t stop there, you’ll keep on wining these 15 points after 5, 6, 7 victories, etc.
New bonus : if you are the first one winning a match in a DM (10 points)
New bonus : if you win a match after a run of 3 or more defeats (15 points)
New bonus : if you make a player lose while he/she was having a 3+ victories run (15 points)
New bonus : if you beat a higher lever player (5 points)
I absolutely love the new mode. Its great when you need to level up. One of the things putting me off about the game was amount of time it took to lvl up. now you've cut that considerably its great and has made the game fun again. Helps complete missions as well.
Would like a slightly bigger clintz bonus but this would take away from daily tournaments. youve done a great job to keep it nicely balanced though. Again thanks agin for all the hard work and effort,.
How about setting a target for winning credits? like players that can win 600+points in DM T1 will win 1 credit. 700+point in DM T2 will win 1 credit. T2 is higher as it is easier to win round with the greatest cards in the game.
The target points are set at a very high target. So far i seen people getting 400- 500 points in DM T1. The target points above are just assumptions made.
I agree. Especially when the lower players buy hundreds of dollars of credits. I only bought 1 pack of credits so i could buy and sell without restrictions. But people who pay hundreds and are at level 16 could destroy a person at level 40 who has never bought credits.
C'mon its just 5 points friends, if someone win it, they win it fairly, so its not a big deal for me
If someone can aafford credits that also their money, so they also play it fairly, UR not about level, its about strategy, even a newbie can beat higher level player with beginner deck
"UR not about level", I don't can think in somethin more super sucker ****, than EVO players, Why? God Why?, they don't play the game, they just buy cards and go to training rooms, for what? Respect?! Respect for waste MANY Hours?, just Waste because a level don't give nothing (I'm Talking about 51+, also has the 60 for events, but WHY 61+?!:mad
I Really love the deathmatchs, may be this EVO players see what piece of **** they are doing and go PLAY the game
Not all 51+ players spend time in training rooms. I very rarely ever go to the warehous and I do not use Pfulls. You do raise your levels just by playing matches. Especially Deathmatches which I like alot. I do agree that UR is not just about leveling. All aspects of the game gives its appeal. Buying cards to complete your collection lets you try many different decks for many formats and events.
