Funny how players are able to read you like a book, this is especially true when you're pissed of from the last game and you make a move without much thinking.. 9/10 times my opponent then makes a move with just 1 extra attack more then me so frustrating how this is... You may think your emotions won't show just because your behind a screen think again!

Just gotta take your time, breathe a little, and either play like a n00b, or play unexpectedly.
I'm not saying play Stupid, just Lead differently and pill a little differently than usual. And remember, it's possible to use 0 Pillz on a card. There's nothing that obligates you to use say 3-5 every round.

Aye this game is all about thinking. The person who is not thinking clearly typically loses.
I always get heavy losses in ELO if I'm not paying attention, or letting something else bother me. (Especially at night.)
Just take a break if you need to from the game.
Or try to rethink your strategy. In a game where it comes down to the last 2 cards on each person, there are many different outcomes. Stress the most likely ones and go for it.

Thats interesting, for me its the other way round, I generally only play well if i'm doing something else at the same time

like the one time I reached 1297 ELO.. i lost focus after 1 loss then crumbled down to 1210 again for losing so much
