How to find a deck that can get you to 1200+ ELO:
1. Go to public presets
2. Set the mode to ELO
3. Click "sort by popularity"
4. Look at the presets on pages 1-50
IMHO, you don't need week-specific, metagame-crushing monster decks to get into 1200+ or 1300+ ELO... that's more for the TOP100, I personally believe. It's your own shortcomings that prevent you from getting a high ELO score, not the deck, if you can't get past the 1300 ELO Mark. Analyze your plays, see where you messed up, don't do it again. That's the real way to getting out of low-ish ELO scores, then you can worry about how to beat the metagame decks for the week.

What's the "weekly meta-game?" I finally broke 1100 n that took me three tries (weeks) to do. I've currently given up on elo.

gets me into 1200+ easy after about an hour, generally select it and use it sunday afternoon to get into the 1200 ranks (for 1 hour or equiv to a normal tourney, 5 credits and couple hundred clintz not bad, got 695 last week
