Kolos was running rampant and you had REALLY bad cards.

10 consecutive losses would be:
20 + 23 + 26 + 32 + 40 + 40 + 40 + 40 + 40 + 40, or 341 points.
12 consecutive losses would be:
421 points.
You can't knock the experience you'd gain, either way.
A wiser strategy would be to lose all your matches, then on your last match switch to a killer deck and try to beat your opponent.
Best case scenario if you beat the first place person in their win streak, you'll most likely get
50 + ~20 for breaking your losing streak + 10-20 for stopping your opponent's + 5-6 extra minor bonuses
almost 100 bp for the last battle.
Then you're looking at ~400 bp for going 1-9, and ~480 for going 1-11.
Clearly these are optimal situations, but those point totals are pretty respectable in DM.
At least until everyone starts trying to lose...
Then it'll be battle of the inferior decks. mwahaha.
