It all began one stormy night at the Red One Motel. A rat-catcher unlike any other released Xantiax gas into the hotel's air ducts, contaminating all the occupants. Among the first to be transformed were Norman the receptionist, Kawamashi the savant on the run, Beef the trucker and Esther the run-away school girl. Now that I think about it, I think it would be cool if they had a card with Norman's mother. Anyone who's familiar with the Psycho movies that Norman is based off of will get the joke.

I'm in the disappointed camp. The bonus is a new take on an old idea. The best part about the release is the intro of the Backlash ability which I assume will trickle to other clans.
The cards themselves are weak though. Beef is decent but compared to the likes of Junta 4* like Isatis, Chiro or even Burger he's pretty meh. Norman is disappointing considering Jane Ramba has one less power but reduces damage and doesn't cost you a pill and Trish is a virtual 8/7. Against SOA Nahomi is just better. The other 3* is a worse version of Rodney, a card released not too long ago.
I'm in agreement with others who've said we need an innovative bonus. A bonus that was "Mimic Opp. Ability" would be really interesting and fun whereas this is tired and boring.

Trish is a virtual 8 power and she has more trouble dealing with attack manipulation abilities and bonuses than a normal 8 power card
Norman is a unique card since he provides the potential for a 3 star 8/6 through his raw stats and clan bonus but that's just it I don't consider him better than the cards mentioned above
