For those that are having trouble getting the missions started, remember that missions must be done by using quick challenge. See if that helps

Won more than 35 rounds using a pure Nightmare deck during fights started with Quick Challenge in different rooms but no matter where the fight occurs nothing is counting towards The Candy Hunt, it is as if I have not started the mission.
I really would like to know what I'm doing wrong.

Maybe it's a bug, or either you're not playing the missions by the order or on the correct rooms (check well if you're playing on DM for 2nd mission and Survival for 3rd mission). If you already checked this, sorry, and send a bug report.

One more thing, removing points isn't the same as damage, take that into account!
