Very nice card! Harrow Ld ties with Lamar Cr in power, when they face off against each other, Lamar Cr 's Ability cancles Harrow Ld 's bonus and Harrow Ld has protection power so its a 6/7 Vs. 6/8. So I am saying that Harrow Ld is 4* stars wich is 1* star less and has 1 less damage than Lamar Cr and Lamar is elo perma banned and is a Cr so he cost alot of Clintz (380k), when Harrow Ld 's missions are not that hard and cannot be sold on the market for any price!

These mission are not hard at all, a good few hours is all you'll need.
35 rounds with the All Stars is simple. Just get the best All Stars you have and throw in Ambre. This is probably the longest one to complete.
25 rounds with All Stars in DM is basically the same. Just need your best and Ambre.
Block 50 damage in DM. This is not All Star specific so GraksmxxT and Uranus will be your top choices.
Gain 80 life in Survivor is easy. Lola is perfect here and just use Kenny and it'll go by fast.
150 damage with All Stars is also easy. Hammer is your best bet here. All in all you could just pill everything and fury on first turn and you'll be done soon.
All in all, this legend is not hard to get. Just need a little time. If you want to see his final level check out this preset.
