Great card with Dregn in 12 Life and would add more variety to the game.

Having a +x Pillz in Vortex is a bit overpowered as when they lose they get pillz back as well. A good pilling strategy for Mero would be to pill 6 pillz for 42 attack, if you win you do 5 damage and get 2 pillz back and when you lose you gain 4 pillz back making it so you only spent 1.

No matter what you say this card is not a 9/6 2 star. it's a 3/6 2* with an ability that makes it so your opponent can easily beat you with attack manipulation/SoA or just by pilling 4 or 5 pillz.
