@Cecil: A bit on the OP side, just reduce the damage by 1 or reduce the damage gain by 1.

I think Cecil is fine, he has 1 less power (with abilities active) But is slightly more solid.

Ryan: Kinda agree, kinda don't 1.6x your opponent's power isn't too much but it is good. But having a 1.33x isn't too great for 3 damage.

Dylan: Yeah it's named after me too Isatis = unstable 9/8 Copper = unstable 9/8 +8 attack. So yeah a bit OP.

Xoya: Main point of her is that the opponent has the higher power but she has a lot of damage.
