I find Copy: Opp Ability to be an interesting, but unstable concept. More often than not, your card's bonus and your Opp's will dictate the match. Placing it in Skeelz
is a good way to test the water, but it would quickly be discarded in favor of other clans' copies (like Lorna
), specifically attack/power clans.
VS attack abilities and +power : The two cards base power is key to this match-up with bonus helping.
VS post-round abilities (damage/pillz/life) : Power and Bonus rule this match.
VS Backlash and Defeat abilities : You may not even WANT to win.
VS Stop : Best case scenario (non-Skeelz
), you only copy Mini-Mund. Worst case, even he is immune.
VS -power : Most, but not all, cards with this ability are already close to their minimums.
VS No Ability/Underleveled/Leader
/SoA : You copy nothing.
VS SoB : You even the odds, now it's purely power and pillz.
VS Power=Opp Power : They steal your good power and give you their (typically low) power.
VS Copy: Bonus : I've already written about the possibilites of this match-up earlier in the thread.
VS Protection : Only the All Stars
VS Courage, Confidence, and Revenge : Only one of you will get the ability and that's probably your opponent.
: Only the Skeelz
copy would do much. All the others only have a possibility of coping the aforementioned Mini-Mund.
Wow, I depressed myself. Copy: Ability Opp is a really cool idea, but it just won't work.
