Activate is a cool ability, although imo you should specify it as Activate: Ability to distinguish from Activate: Bonus which has been discussed briefly before. 8 damage could also potentially lead to a ban.
@ Pilluminati: question: can you choose to make damage siphoned become power, or vice versa?
