There's been some discussion on the ELO forums about how Skeelz lack good low*/mid* "threats" similar to Murray, Moses, Shifou, etc. They're tricky to write for because of their bonus. I've been wracking my brain about it, and here are the results:
(Mystery Men homage, comparable to a Revenge-based George that can't be SoA or SoB'd)
Revenge: + 3 Power and Damage
(Somewhat similar to Noemi, but doesn't have to worry about SoA or SoB. The trade-off is that she only gains 1 power advantage, and the min on her DR will often keep it from being effective.)
-3 Opp Power and Damage, min 4
(Whip-wielding vampire hunter, replaces Corvus, but I think that's alright)
-2 Opp Life and Pillz, min 4
Not sure this is the thread to get into a discussion on this. Bombs that only reach 7 with fury are not what Skeelz wants in ELO. They already had Cley who fights at 8 power and reaches 8 gap, who doesn't get played.
Skeelz have 3* bombs already at 7 power. The best is Snowflake, and they also have Zeke.
Currently their 3* 8 power bombs are Andy Ld and Praxie. Maybe Praxie should have had a better ability like -4 life or -5 life. I question the necessity of giving them another 3* 8 power bomb. If Cley doesn't get played, it implies you would need to make the equivalent of an 8/7. That's OP even for Skeelz. I mean, both Moses and Oxen are really above curve for 3*.
Courage: -12 opponent attack (min. 2)
Or a confidence conditional to replace Cley.
IMO Cley doesn't get played because in this day and age, a conditional 8 power does not make you a good enough round winner. Make 9 will do the trick... Or, heck -- maybe Captain Rage can be bumped down to 2*s. He would be equivalent to an unopposed Tolliver, with Revenge instead of Courage.
What do Frozn need to be relevant in ELO?

Do I detect a theme here? Namely, high damage cards. Imo Frozn really do need better damage dealing capacity, especially with Kalindra banned. For me all of your cards seem ideal for elo, espescially Nelinpah, which I like a lot. Here's another couple of ideas, as I think these also fill some of those gaps Frozn need filling.
1. Damage Reduction
5/4 Ability: -5 Opp Damage, Min 2.
2. Solidness with/without Ability
7/7 No Ability
3. Stop: Ability for SOA weeks (lets have two of these)
5/7 Ability: Stop: Power+4
8/3 Ability: Stop: Damage +3
