Played around with the slots a bit. The loss of tickets seems to appear, when I try to "do something "about the slots not working: So just waiting for the error to pop up, won't take them away. But opening and closing the lottery frame, reloading the page or just clicking the "Play" button or de-/activate any of the wheels seems to eat up the tickets.
It may be bad luck (as in having lost all the time), but my clintz-count didn't change in that process, as Valhalas' did.

Ok, so after completeing a mission yesterday, I was at 27 tickets. Then this "glitch" started, and now, over 24 hours later, when I should have 28 tickets, I am down to 18. I think the earlier poster is correct, if you don't try to "do anything to fix it" while the spin is occurring, you don't lose any tickets when you get the "error has occurred" popup, but if you reload, select or deselect tickets, etc, then it takes the tickets. I just wish there was some acknowledgement from the devs that they even know there's an issue. But I guess since it seems to have started over the weekend, we will have to wait till Monday morning at the earliest to expect a resolution. And I think we all know we can kiss those lost tickets goodbye. They will not be replaced
