yes, i think we all know.... Spyke is headed to the perma ban list, especially once standard begins since he will have less counters

It makes no sense, he is in no way overpowered. He just protects his bonus, there are stronger cards out there. Why is everyone such a pansy when it comes to facing Rescue?

Your Ulu Watu is wrong Nellie is Uppers since there are 21 clans in UR and 12 clans have cards that can beat him it's a little more then half also you could use Artus to DR him signifiantly and Edwin can also beat Spyke you are missing a few

Regardless of how many things are wrong with that list, the fact remains--Spyke is more than a force to be reckoned with, he tramples over most of the cards in the game. Very few decks have more than 2 cards that can stop him efficiently, and in a clan where dropping an opponent by chunks of 5 or more is not a problem, Spyke will guarantee an inescapable life gap. Remember this: 4 x 13 = 52. 7 x 8 = 56. Spyke's side can be down by 30% of the pillz of the opponent and still win on an all-pill showdown. That's more than mere superiority--that's just flat out broken.

I may have made several mistakes with the list, especially with Sentinel. Sleep deprivation does things to your head. That said, all you've done was take my point drive it further across.

Time for new bans maybe?
