I mean UR staff you all did a great job, people will complain, when will people stop complaining? Never because people can't be gratefull. Everyone should be gratefull this holiday season. People can't accept the fact, that everything is not perfect, everything has a problem or flaw.

Sorry for kinda ranting, but I wanted people to stop complaining and accept the UR staff did something interesting and great this year. Thank You.
