@isyte: Go to this link: http://www.urban-rivals.com/special/christmas_2011/ and click the 24th at the top of the christmas tree, this should give you the card but if it dosn't then contact support (using the green ? at the top right hand side of the page).

UR goes by the Greenwich mean time (well, im pretty sure it does)
So when it may have been the 20th of december it may have been the 21st.
I guess, just watch out for timezones, and stick around next year for the next Noel
