Changes to how battle points are calculated Boing - Moderator - Clint Staff - Wednesday 13/06/2012, 14:06
As well as allowing you to level up, battle points are also key to the Daily Tournaments as the ranking system is based on the number of battle points won. We have decided to update the way in which these points are calculated by simplifying the system and making it less dependent on the number of stars a deck contains and more dependent on the development and outcome of the fight. You’ll find all the details on this new points calculating system in the rules by clicking here. This change is now in place, including during the DTs.
Sounds a bit like the scoring for Death Matches which i think should work quite well and hopefully the Quick Battle will work so people can stop moaning lol.
Now, this is nice, how about the come back of remaining pillz rules?
it should be +2 points for at least 1 remaining pillz (no matter how many pillz left you have after KO, it is still +2 points)
@193 : this rule has been added again, I edited Euzebe's post
@194 : as soon as we've made the changes, and tweaked a bit the values on penalised characters. An official announcement will be made very soon, stay tuned !
So, what will happen to those insane people playing decks with fifteen stars or less? Will unevolved cards be banned or will sixteen be the minimum for the DT room? (Asking purely out of curiosity; I'm not stupid enough to try that.)
