ok Spyke we all expected for a while now, that one is fair enough
Lehane - sure... and where is the perma ban for flannagan? she's 2 damage and just a wall... TBH Jean is more imba but ofc that would require you admitting you put an imba card in NB... oh wait, you did since Spyke is gone now
Draheera - sure she has SOA clan ... but a lot of cards still own her and if she gets hit by SOA just about everything owns her
Lea & Elvira - you know, for the first time in history of me playing i actually feel sorry for Rescue players. you just ripped the only playable SOB and SOA out of a clan.... then again you ripped the only DR out of pirannas
Kerry and Sledg un-banned... like that makes up for Lea and Elvira... a 4 star that's been replaced and a 5 star that didn't see much use outside T2 after Pastor/Nancy/Aurora came out?
TBH guys, i'd like to see the reasoning behind all of them apart from Spyke ( him i'll let slide even though that mean you now need to release a decent 4* to replace him ) as would others
Spyke better get one hell of a replacement, a clan with no Dr + very few power and attack manipulators already get's it's main attacker out of commision?
Better be like a 8/5 with copy opp bonus or something to that effect.
They do need a couple of good cards, or they're going to be overlooked. What they're lacking without Spyke are solid round winners, which is a must for a clan with a damage bonus. I think they need a card with the same exact stats as Olga, and a good 4* round winner that's not quite as mean as Spyke. A good copy card wouldn't hurt, either, but I think 8/5 may be just a bit OP (as it would basically be Futoshi Ld with 1 more damage.)
Considering how many similar cards they have in Freaks already(Elvis-Bogdan, Miho-Magda to name a few) I think something that's actually a tad original would be great for Berzerk to differentiate them from some of the other clans, not something like a Olga clone. And hey, Gus isn't horrible if you want a decent 4* winner although the courage does make him very situational(he is more of a opener admittedly).
But in the end I'd have to agree, Berzerk could use some new 4* that doesn't suck. Ranesh was a missed opportunity in my opinion, one more power and 1 less dmg might've made him a more oft played card. A 4* Berzerk CoB with at least 7 pwr would be pretty cool though.
The reason I think Berzerk desperately need something like Olga is because she holds up as a round winner against SoA.
If they get a great round winning card that's mediocre vs SoA, they're not going to have the versatility they need (Gus is a good example of this.)
If they get a high-star round-winning card that's stable against SoA, they'll be OP (Spyke is a good example of this.)
But a card with 3*s and about 3 damage that has good round-winning power inherently, and an ability to make her even more of a round-winner would do just fine, IMO.
Maybe their "Olga-like" card could be a 7/3 with Support +4 attack. That would make her great in mono and still pretty good in a split. It would also give people the first reason ever to run Berzerk mono.
I think Berzerk need a good stop card if it's SoA's you're worried about. Possibly with 7 or 8 power seeing as how Berzerk are well known to be very OP in the power department usually. Yes, something that can still be used without being SoA'ed. Some would argue we already have these cards in the form of all the backlash cards Berzerk already has though.
It's not SoA I'm worried about -- it's having a good round winner that is still solid against SoA (kind of like Spyke but a bit more balanced.) A Stop card, even with 8 power, won't give them the great round-winner that they so desperately need right now.
