Will the "Fair Play" percentage affected if I abandoned battle in ELO mode? I saw quite a number of players quitting the battle once they know they surely lost. I wonder if it will make me really "unfair". Thanks.

Abandoning fights no longer effects fair play, It was changed but the rules must be old text, I talked to the admins.

Does the fair play can be recovered? Like if you got 99% You can make it 100% Again? ^,.....,^

I doubt 100% would be an option but im sure you could get back up to 99% from anywhere with enough matches

Yeah. I think if you can get your fairplay rating above 99.5% or something like that, it rounds it up to 100% fairplay.

Im sure you can, but it require alot of matches without time outs (You must get 99.5% Ur then rounds up 100%)
Contact support and they will tell you how many matches you need to play to get it back to 100%
