Ironically enough Lizbeth's potential power is the date she's released on. Just something odd to point out and she will lower in price when her mission time drops

Part of the Lizbeth hub is because of how her bonud counters soa clans. Thserefore, you could use te Piranas bonus to aboid this, making the only really potential way to stop it is if your opponent carries 2 soa abilities/all stops, and you go forst on the forst turn. That and all the pill gain from akhab can go towards a good cause

Lizbeth's usefulness is that she is the best 5* closer in Piaranas. However she is even worse than Slimian against SOA.
Saki is the best release this week. All Stars are resurgent.
Mutendon: If you want a Stop character, you should have a 2*. Fang Pi are quite immune to SOA already though. This is also not as powerful as Victoria.
