Why would you want an overpriced alienware laptop for drawing? It is a gaming laptop. For running photoshop or manga studio for that mather a good graphic card is very unneeded.
quirkilicious is great at illustrating, and i bet he is pretty fast to. But doing it in a few minutes really is looking down at the type of work. It is not like taking a foto of a eye, trowing a few textures over it and making the eye red.
On the other hand 2 days per drawing also seems a bit much if you'd ask me.

@ everyone I was being sarcastic when I mentioned AlienWare and Manga Studio Debut 4 ... 4-5 weeks are u kidding me with the technology that is available for beginners my grandma could just click here and there and using the prototype of Lizbeth add banner, crown and flowers and presto and the quality of art work wouldn't diminished one iota, I have payed good money on credits they can afford to buy good software directly from the man himself George Lucas... Lmfao!!!

Yeah, definitely. I am very familiar with that graphic arts software that George Lucas makes. Just hit the "load Lizbeth prototype button," then "change pose" button, "add crown" button, and "add flowers" button and you're done. Or you could even just use the "Pageantwinnerify" filter on the old Lizbeth art, lol!

@thoazol: nah, anyone that does edit/creation knew what you meant. Same way some folk seem to think that creating a 30 minute corporate event loop takes the same amount of time as a crude YouTube mashup.
Simple 4 to 5 weeks for design ( roughs ), then creation and full vector render followed by encoding and frame compositing sound about right even before you think about the DB side of it. And if It's Quirkilicious then we know good, good art too
