Makeing it on facebook allows it to be run better I think as it allows you to make it so that only 1 vote per person can be made (other votes allowed you to vote more then once). It also saves them from haveing to make a voteing system on anuther website.
If you don't want to make a real life facebook account you could allways make a facebook account for your Urban Rivals account (you don't need to use your real life info just make it for you account here) and then you can acces the voteing.

I'm rooting for Yoshida, her first 2 level arts are incredibly sexy. For those of you who push her aside because in her 3rd and 4th arts she gets white hair; giving her an older look, I urge you to go to her page and use the magnifying glass to get a better look at her art.

Did you management change? Almost every change in this year is for worse. But this is very bad in my opinion, one of most fun events just... dissapeared. Go and change whole game to be facebook only.
