Rotation of the Standard format will take place on Monday, October 1st at 11am (GMT + 2:00). Only cards released after October 2nd 2009 will be valid in Standard format, while cards released before this date will now only be playable in Extended format. Honestly, I think the staff should compromise the bans, like they do for ELO. Cards like Cesare are no threat at all, so why ban them, other than the timeline? I think the staff should use all the ELO bans (including weekly) and put those as the only bans in Standard. Basically an ELO with 25+ Stars
