Fantasy Rivals in private beta Goralion - Admin - Wednesday 21/11/2012, 12:06
While working on Urban Rivals, since several months we are developing our new title : Fantasy Rivals, a trading card game taking place in a fantasy universe. You will find the game type you like again, but with new game mechanics and an original universe. To be notified when the game is available and to sign in the private Beta which is going to start in the next few days, check out this page now.
To the people who have played in the beta already,,
what do you think about mono vs half decks in this case then, for example, if you have a 3-1 split, and you decide to show one card from each different clan, does the card belonging to the clan with the majority gain his bonus, or does he not gain his bonus because the other card that is revealed is not in the same clan.
@richliu : the bonus of many of the cards can be activated by other clans ( the icon next to the bonus) , so playing monoclan or multiclan it's the same
You only have two cards in play at any given moment, which means that the bonus must be activated by the other card. Because of that, half decks can be tricky to do (imagine having a card from clan A in play and two cards from clan B on hand), but it's manageable if you use the cards that don't depend on their bonus too much.
All the cards that are activated by the other clans change on max level. Belleren and Loeken are activated by Alliance cards after you max them out. So far, there are no cards that are activated by a different clan (or by two or more clans) on max level.
The Urban Rivals team is made by lovers of all kind of Collectibles Cards Games and Trading Cards Games like: Magic the Gathering, Dominion, Vampire, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon, Wakfu TCG, Assassin Creed Recollection, Shadow Era, Kard Kombat and Might & Magic Duel of Champions.
