Fantasy Rivals in private beta Goralion - Admin - Wednesday 21/11/2012, 12:06
While working on Urban Rivals, since several months we are developing our new title : Fantasy Rivals, a trading card game taking place in a fantasy universe. You will find the game type you like again, but with new game mechanics and an original universe. To be notified when the game is available and to sign in the private Beta which is going to start in the next few days, check out this page now.
Unfortunately, right now if you didn't play in beta or have bought any credits then you stand almost no chance in leagues. With almost 40 fights there I have fought ONE person with the same beginner deck as me (we both had bought 1 or 2 gold packs.. which are pretty lame ) Of course, as players join and I get some creditz from the league to buy some chars from the market, it should become more stable.. But Imo different leagues need card restrictions. [eg only 1 or 2 epics depending on the league - no joke Ive fought a couple people with 3 epics... (people on forums said they opened 20 packs and just got 2....)] So, hopefully i can survive a week or 2 in until i can start competeing - because there is such a huge difference between p2p and f2p on there (for now) xD
Umm... am i the only one who has sense here?
this is a NEW GAME that means there's still many flaws and the creators are working tirelessly to fix things. the release of the intermediate and advance packs though expensive allow the uncommon and rare cards to be sold on the market. the mods did say they were going to release uncommon and rare packs before. epics aren't everything and the staff will most likely be adding filters and such to make the matching system better. so instead of critisizing everything think for a second and realize the situation and the fact that this game is new and not finished yet
The Urban Rivals team is made by lovers of all kind of Collectibles Cards Games and Trading Cards Games like: Magic the Gathering, Dominion, Vampire, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokemon, Wakfu TCG, Assassin Creed Recollection, Shadow Era, Kard Kombat and Might & Magic Duel of Champions.
