Miss Lizbeth: A 5/7 with power and damage + 2. In other words, a virtual 7/9. IMO, she is weaker to SOA than normal Lizbeth, and it will be harder to win with her. You could of course run them in the same deck if you wanted and not fear too much soa since their bonus can relatively protect them(note however that it is more likely one of them will be soa'd though). She might make a nice ELO ko deck with Amiral Coco and Tula as 2*'s, Deadeye or Ector perhaps... But ko decks aren't the best for ELO... maybe Scubb could help make a good 2hko.

Point in case, if you like making ko's in low star rooms, then Miss Lizbeth is a great 5*, and I wouldn't be surprised if she is in a standard tourney with Amiral Coco. Her 7 virtual power alone isn't really that tough... But that 9 power can help a lot...
