I bought 2000 credits on the 11/24/2012 but it says I haven't purchased credits?What gives?And why does it still say that I received zero gifts after I already clicked on the image?

For the gift to be counted you must download the image (to my knowledge).
It says your not eligible not because you have not bought credits but because you don't have 10 gifts yet. If you have stars next to your level (on top of the EXP bar) under the UR logo then you have bought credits in the last 31 days.

Okay. so apparently if you use Chrome, if won't count as a present if you download the image. At least for me it didn't. Try using Firefox if you had this problem, as I see I'm not the only one.
