For a whole month, from 28/01 to 01/03, every day at 5pm and 9pm (GMT +1:00), it’s Happy Hour on Urban Rivals.
Load up on Clintz for an hour.
1 damage = 1 Clintz.
Just turn up in any room (except the Training, Guild and Events rooms) and get playing!

And for all your inflation-yellers, during last 2 months UR average card price has dropped from 22000 clintz to 13500 clintz. Most investors are broke because the card prices fell, so they bought lots of "cheap" cards - just to find out there are even bigger lots of cheaper cards coming in.
In reality UR is currently in deflation and the "Historical money" is in hands of those few who sold some huge cheap lots. They are probably tossing that money to CR's and those selling CR's are buying more CR's so all these trades eat up 5% of the involved money each cycle.
Currently UR is burning money madly, while many people have lost their investment-based net profit and they wont be able to cash in in long time for profits.
Thats why this happy hour is good. It benefits most the new/average players who can afford more of these currently cheap cards.
And yes, the "old money" will eventually return to market in good volume, when it does prices will rise a good deal.

Any character sold to Kate during happy hour has a chance of generating 1 credit to account. 1:50 chance for commons, 1:20 for uncommons and 1:10 for rares.
You have 1:365 chance of having day dubbed as "extra birthday" - if you accumulate 100 damage during happy hour of your extra birthday you get a random non-CR card as present (limited to one per birthday). You can have unlimited number of "extra birthdays" during year, the chance is daily roll of 1:365

Please give us back the old version of the game that doesn't make the game 2 times as long with random effects.

It definitely favors some locations more than others, but its a small enough bonus that it doesn't hurt those of us in other time zones.
Its roughly the equivalent of providing two extra tournament a day, if you play the whole hour you are probably going to earn the same amount of clintz as if you played well in a tournament.
Assuming GMT+1 is server time, that means I'd have to play at 11AM and 3PM EST
