Actually i am not so much happy with that deck because i paid too much and i am not satisfied with results. How can i improve my deck or should i change totally ? Thanks .

LOL terrible deck just... kidding!
umm major issues:
No SoAs
terrible balance?? 4 2*s (with different clan bonuses)
bad damage output generally
bad choices for stars, Taigo to Fanny, Hikiyousan to another 4* (Stanly/ Daddy Jones)
dies against SoA

If you want to go for KO deck, the Ulu 2 stars seems too weak to do anything.
If not, Hikiyousan can be replaced with Eddie, who usually makes a 7 gap too. So you save one star.
I also think SOA is pretty necessary in this meta. Not a fan of Dregn, I prefer X-0DUS.
Then I would use one my favorites: Oraya
Anyway, your deck is not bad. 1300 shouldn't be hard once you get used to the strategy. Just be patient and study the game.
The one problem is probably that people don't use Dregn for the result.
They use it for the FEEL.
