Sorry I've been on here so much but I just get into these modes where I like giving character ideas, anyway
Uwe (Human resources- miss ming's co-worker)(it's hard coming up with original circus ideas ok)

(He's a 4th round ko)
Jochen (world class diver who becomes a trapeze artist)(kinichaw inspired)
confidence: +5 life
(He's really a strong 3/4th round card)(I'm thinking he might need to be 5* but there're so many more solid options Oren, Erpeto, Baldovino, Cassandra. There are even more solid 4* options bc freaks aren't good with confidence)
Hime is just what Uppers need I think in concept, maybe a little OP, compare with Aleister of the Sakrohm. 6 power- awesome

Jochen: seems okay to me, but I sense just a teensy bit OP due to a potential 15 life gap on a 4* card. But you've balanced it with Confidence nicely imo
After the uberness of Huracan lately, I think UR owes it to Frozn and Berserk to give them a coupla good cards:

You read that right, +28 attack in the 1st round of an elo ban. I must be insane suggesting this, but the 3 power and crippling SOA vulnerability might make up for it? I dunno, seems pretty shaky to me...

Maulah Bio Idea
While working on modifications to a freeze ray, Maulah suffered a severe injury that necessitated the amputation of his arm. Not deterred, Maulah decided to build himself a new arm with laser-blades and a freezeray and a wrench. In fact, he was so focused, he forgot to make a hand.
Defeat: -1 Opp Life per 2 Damage, Min 2
An infamous card-shark, Luxord came to Clint City to add Borgia's Palace to his list on conquered casinos. This should have ended with him down in a river, but the Montana took too long to act and now he's running with a more dangerous entourage than originally.
Opp Support: +1 Damage
Not every attempt at raising the dead is a success, you know. Sometimes you only get some of the target back. Grabb is a byproduct of such a failure. The former hand of some poor fool, Grabb spends its days scurrying about the Nightmare Manor (usually away from Crunchy) and tapping its fingers to music. It may have a future spying for Ielena, but for now, its content working for Eadh and lounging about.
As much as I like the story of Grabb, I feel he should be a 2*. Since, you know. You could fit him in a pocket and all that.
Luxord has an interesting ability: makes him a better Melinda alternative...
Hmm, with Grabb, against a 3/1 split, would he do 5 or 7 damage? Or would it depend on how many in the clan of the card he faces in that round?
It's dependent on which card he faces, so he's best against Mono decks and weakest against Splash/Rainbow.
Example: Opp Hand is Murray Stella Uranus Spiagi
He'd do 7 damage against Murray or Stella (4+3) and 2 damage against Uranus (4+3-5) or Spaigi (4+1-3).
Amusing note: he would always deal 4 damage against Sabia (without Fury or Timber).
Yeah, small beings tend to be low stars. I guess he could be a giant zombie hand, but then he'd be a terrible spy and Ielena already has a giant monster pet. I suppose if he were a 2*, he'd be 7/1 with his ability making him a potential 7/5, so one more damage than Phyllis, but vulnerable to DR.
That seems the most logical way for it to work Awesome against Rescue then...

Symbol: Fire would be obvious. Maybe a bio-hazard symbol (possibly on fire).

(Ranging from -3 against splash to -12 against Mono)
Bio: An unprecedented attack on the Clint City clans left fingers pointing and bullet flying between them. But it didn't take long for the truth to come out. These events were hardly orchestrated. Despite whispers of an elusive entity encouraging the attacks, the individuals involved were all singularly motivated against their targets. Criminals, vigilantes, anarchists, activists, and people that just want to watch the world burn, anyone can claim to be the Inferno and hide in the fires of anonymity.

Support ability with Opp Support bonus. Best effect is -20 attack.
Stop Opp Ability

This ability only matters against 18 cards, most of which are either too weak for, or banned in, ELO. Otherwise, he's Dorian.

Realizing that he couldn't fight Mechakolos as easily as he could Kolos, Travis Ld asked Nobrocybix to help repair and modify his old bus. He was counting on the ol' girl becoming a giant robot, but hey, it takes one to beat one, right?
