First, thank you for your feedback on the first version of the new site project. Our goal is to rejuvenate the current website, make it clearer and easier to use, and above all make you enjoy it. This is why we need your feedback, positive or negative, so don't hesitate to tell us what you think.
We just released a new version of the website containing modifications developed according to your feedback and the survey.
You can check it directly here : beta.urban-rivals.com
Here follows what we modified on this version :
- you didn't like the new home page, and that the game was located on the home page as you felt like we forced you to play
-> the home page is now more like the current website's, with news, staff events, rankings, missions and friend infos
- you didn't like the menu's colors as it looked too childish
-> we put the same colors than the current website's menu
Game page :
- you didn't like to see the game on the homepage
-> the game has now its own page. You can access the game by clicking on the PLAY button
Design and pictures :
- you didn't like the background and its black gradient, as well as several design elements
-> we created a new background, brought color to stick with UR's style
- you didn't like that both collections (pro and normal) didn't work the same way
-> both views of the collection, list and cards, are homogeneous. The selection zone is the same, and can be used to sell on the Market, create auctions and create a deck. We are optimizing it so that it will display a lot faster.
- you like the album and having the missing cards' verso displayed
-> we are pleased to see you like it
- you thought the album was missing some informations about missing characters
-> we added their Market price and a "purchase" link to access directly to its sales on the Market. A "details" link is also present to go to the corresponding character page
We also corrected (and we still are) bugs you found.
Thank you again to help us improve Urban Rivals' website !

Hey, webdesigners, are you drunken or on drugs ??? This beta crappy website make my teenage brother in 15 minutes using freeware software. First sight i will vomited. Second sight really disgusting.
My opinion : NO, NO, NO.
(irony) Bravo designers, very good work....
Yes, shane, i have that too
and i thought i already said it so i thought they would have fixed it by now...but no...
looks like i'll be using the old site a bit longer...
@ The flashiness draws people in, but the functionality keeps people here, which I would think is more important.
Follow post 152 and you will be back to old version.
rogue11cz, Haunches i agree with you guys and share your oppinion.
I will pray that new beta is never implemented!
Since i'm looking around on the new site again:
i want an option where i can sort my cards according to level MAX and when i'm down on the page that i would still be able to see the 'reserve'.
and the 'reserve' should refresh when i bring a card to a higher level but it looks like it doesn't...
on the survivor highscore page everyone has level '1'
and then no matter what event i want to look at, i always see the same
In the "My Collection" page list view, it would be wonderful if it is like the current "My Collection Pro" where only 1 card is shown even though i have multiple copies of a card...the hidden card doubles will only be shown when i click on a particular card.
Also, i would like to sort the card according to quantity, best character only.
Thanks for reading.
Screen game was way to big,in my opinion.__.
Initially looks great to me
2 quick observations
1)collection page takes toooooooooooooo loooooooooooong to load vs the old one
2)market looks.... "empty" too much empty screen and not enough cards shown on this screen. i dont think the number i own deserves its own column
