EDIT : We made a mistake with Noctezuma's Ability. We are currently fixing it.
Its Ability is not Reprisal : Copy Opp. Power and Damage but Reprisal : Copy Opp. Bonus.
We blocked and canceled all market operations on the character while we are fixing the problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Noctezuma's ability has been fixed. We deeply apologize for the time it took for the problem to be found in the code. He will stay in the ELO ban from the staff for now. We'll decide all together of his fate in the next ban/deban session of cards in ELO.
Out of curiosity, how many people were working on finding that flaw in his coding?
Well that screwed over everyone who got him to use in elo....
Thanks for fixing him.
Now please fix all other COB cards who aren't Reprisal: Cob but are acting like them.
No other COB is working in courage, all of them are only working when reprisal is "on". Try it yourself and see.

My Roger worked on courage turn just as intended.
It seems that's been fixed too now.
It wasn't working for a moment
So, will it deban tomorrow?
If I get it right, he will be banned till the next changing permabans (which I find reasonable)...
That's correct. Espectroscuro informed us in post #151 (you only had to scroll up a bit hehe).
Even with reprisal, Noctezuma shouldn't return.
