EDIT : We made a mistake with Noctezuma's Ability. We are currently fixing it.
Its Ability is not Reprisal : Copy Opp. Power and Damage but Reprisal : Copy Opp. Bonus.
We blocked and canceled all market operations on the character while we are fixing the problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm glad you changed Noctenzuma's ability. Did the word, "pimp", come to anyone else's mind when they first saw him?
Wow he went from horrible to awesome. Well then...
Before everyone starts praising the new ability of that new Huracan card, let's look at how it affects the clan:
Old ability (reprisal: copy opp power and damage): card is a 7/8 whose ability tends to cause a lot of mind games (opp thinks you'll be playing it first, so they'll tend to work their cards around it). Card's ability will keep it out of the elo-bans, and puts it in a perpetual tie with El Divino (who sports 1 less power and damage in exchange for a better ability)
New ability (reprisal: copy opp bonus): card is a 7/8 whose ability tends to win a lot of rounds (you have a 1 in 4 chance of causing a gap of 10 [facing either Freaks, Jungo, Berzerk, fpc, junta, Frozn], a 1 in 6 chance of having "9" power [Frozn, Bangers, ulu, All Stars], and a 7 in 24 chance of having an attack gap of 20 or more [assuming you're in elo, have 14 life, at least two hurican in your hand: Rescue, Junkz, sents, Uppers, Montana, hurican, Sakrohm] ), putting him leaps and bounds above El Divino, and making sure he'll never see the light of day in elo.
The old ability may have been weaker, but it still made him better overall.
Clint City’s wrestling scene was sent into turmoil when a rush of masked luchadores from Los Santos moved into the top of the Pile Tower. You can say goodbye to the tired theatricals of the W.A.R. and say hello to a real humdinger of a show! Led by Noctezuma, the Huracan believe in just one thing: to defend the weak and oppressed by smashing their opponents' faces with a range of suplex.
"Led by Noctezuma, the Huracan believe in just one thing: to defend the weak and oppressed by smashing their opponents' faces with a range of suplex moves." It didn't say "led by Noctezuma" the whole time, did it?
Did they change the Rescue bio when Kerry was released?
Just realised Noctezuma can 1HKO in 12 life formats. He must be pretty amazing in standard with all the La Junta.
