Hi, is there anybody who has the same problem?
Since yesterday I have played like 3 or 4 tournaments and untill now I havent got any rewards whatsoever. Not even the messages from kate that say that I took part in DT.
Can this be solved anyhow please?
I'm sure the fact that it was happening on the weekend didn't help it getting fixed any faster. (Though I'm sure it made the issue more frustrating for players).
I feel like the fix was timely all things considered and was very happy that all the prizes were distributed as well. I like unexpected clintz and credits

Invand3r posted an important suggestion that many agree with: UR should post notifications or updates on the Front Page. It reassures players as well as inform them when repairs are completed.

Not receiving colliseum rewards at all. Expected to receive a reward in the event coliseum: Restricted area (last 2 weeks). Sent a customer support yet I have not receive a response.
