Password theft !!!

Monday 26/01/2009, 09:39

Hello,

Some players are spamming messages giving a link to a website promising clintz, cards and credits.

On this site, people are asked to give their user name and password first.
This kind of sites are ALWAYS created to scam players and steal their password.
If you try to use this kind of sites, you will never get free cards. It's a lie !!
Your own cards will just be stolen few hours after you gave your password.

NEVER give your password to anybody.

People are still falling for this rubbish? C'mon people, isn't that the most obvious scam in the book?

Seriously, what site, game or forum would ever condone the trading of passwords? NONE!!!

It's common internet sense not to share this sort of information with anyone.

I think its the players own fault if he/she gets scammed by a pretty obvious kind of scamming but then again the player scamming other players are really desperate and really annoying they keep doing it and never gets tired damn

First off "NOT TO NEVER DO IT AGAIN" is this English?

Secondly if they fall for it I honestly feel no remorse for them. If they have any knowledge of the internet even a tad bit they would know never to give a password out.

I agree with Capn Clintz. If they fall with just a game scam, i imagine what they would fall... smiley
