How does a country become eligible for this means of payment, because im sure most south africans would find it an easier means of payment because its simpler and the youth all have access to phones, rather than the other internet options.

Admin I now yous dont handle the credit procedures directly, but I was wondering why I cant buy credits from my phone in australia.... Aus is like a 1st world country and its kind of weird how we cant buy credits from our phones. My mate says he can do it but I wouldnt have the slightest clue how. maybe recommending to your "partners" that Aus needs SMS Credit?
