I just realized that I never actually fully made sure I understood what exactly determines how much elo you win/lose after a game.

Is it affected by any of the DT affects (pills left over, KO wins, rounds won) or by the elo of your opponent or by nothing or by something completely random?

It's determined by your opponent's ELO score. The higher your opponent's score, the more you gain for beating him, and the less you lose for losing to him.

Yeh all you have to do in ELO is win, it dosn't matter how.
