I plan to make a mono deck with either of those two clans. Which is better?

ELO deck in mind, but decent for a DT too.

Roots is probably your best bet for elo to play mono however if you want to play DT, you will want to use a clan that has attack manip or power manip as a bonus, since it will be a lot easier to win games. Since a good portion of the decks you face will be Uppers or Montana.
